Neil Parker was Head of Technology and Deputy Drirector of the Royal Greenwich Observatory and worked on a range of major telescopes including the Isaac Newton Group in the Canary Islands and the 8-metre Gemini Telescopes now operating on Hawaii and in Chile. Lee Sproats has been a keen amateur astronomer since the age of six and also has a PhD in astrophysics. Lee deals directly with most phone enquiries and visitors, and has a reputation for being extremely well-informed and helpful. We are both keen nature observers although it has to be said that we are only casual bird watchers. Nevertheless, we do understand and use the equipment regularly and can help you choose the binoculars or telescope that best suit your needs.
